hamne booking sweet room ki thi par humko sweet room ki jagah normal room diya or lagega bhi humko le Jana pada bo bolte hai ki hamare pas koi banda nahi hai lagega ke lie bakwas sarvish night m hum log 1.30 hours pareshan huye kahi ja ke normal room diya tha or humko payment bhi refund nahi diya

It's value for money.. Located at prime place ..Food is good..Nearby sweet shop is extra bonus. Staff is courteous and friendly.

At the time of check in, after attending a wedding late night the person told me that we dont have rooms but i ll mange something for you! he opened 2 rooms which were stinking and were not been used for months i presume! toilets are dirty, i asked them to change the sheets so i could at-least sleep, whole night i couldn’t aleep as the room was full of dust and i got allergies s well! tv not working !door lock is broken ! everything is a mess, mattress is broken ! nothing right about this room but i had to manage somhehow!

The hotel is okish. Its o nthe main road so but busy at night. The restaurant manager mr pandey was very good, showed excellent hospitality. Food was tasty and good quantity.

Stay at hotel prabhu international was very pathetic. Rooms were having bad smell and even linen were not clean and having marks and spots which i asked to replace immediately. Quality of food is worst and very degraded. Washrooms were also not clean.

The room and hotel reception was having very bad smell. When i informed the reception, receptionist said smell will be there in all rooms. The room was not clean, bed sheet and blanket was dirty.

I’m currently staying at prabhu international in gwalior, and my experience has been quite frustrating. The room itself is okay, but there’s an unpleasant smell in both the room and the bathroom. Additionally, the wi-fi is not working, which is really inconvenient for my work. The air conditioning also isn’t cooling properly, making it difficult to sleep at night. As i have to leave for some important commitments, this situation is quite exhausting. I hope the management addresses these issues soon, as the hotel has potential, but right now it’s not living up to expectations.
